Aarin Abel
Aarin has been a yoga practitioner for over 15 years. A competitive athlete most of her life, Aarin constantly found herself returning to her mat to help with injury prevention, improve mobility, balance and alignment, especially during her time playing rugby for the University of Southern California. After being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2017 Aarin struggled to participate in competitive team sports. Aarin found herself on her yoga mat more than ever to combat chronic pain, fatigue and rebuild strength. In 2018 Aarin earned her personal training certification from the American Council of Exercise. Soon thereafter Aarin started training clients in southern California, many of those with fellow auto-immune diseases and people living with chronic pain. Aarin expanded her training by becoming a CrossFit Level-1 Trainer, a sports nutrition specialist, a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and earning her 50 hour yoga sculpt certification to holistically find a well-rounded approach to physical healing.
Aarin believes in a yoga practice rooted in alignment and strength, often blending together Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa styles to promote strong and healthy lives.
