Mother Energy

As May flowers bloom around us, we embrace a special energy that is nurturing, powerful, creative, and fiercely loving. It is the energy and spirit of Mothering, and we all carry it, whether we are or have mothers in the traditional sense.

Mother Energy shows up when we care for ourselves and others. It's in the patience we practice, the encouragement we offer, the resilience we build, and the joy we share. It's the quiet strength that says, "I will grow, and I will help others grow, too."

In many traditions, motherhood is a timeless symbol of universal compassion and boundless love. In Buddhist wisdom, it's said that every being has been or will be our mother through the great life cycle, reminding us that every connection is worthy of fierce, unconditional love and care.

I feel that truth every time I step into our studio, in the laughter that fills the space, in the quiet words of encouragement, in the way strangers become family.

People often say they can't quite define what MBDY + be is. And maybe that's the magic of it. What I can define is the spirit of nurturing that moves through everything we do.

We are a circle, open, ever-growing. Something to be felt, accepted, and embraced.
